All customers' information we compile is confidential and maintained in electronic files in our California corporate office and in a secure off-site facility. Our participating insurance professionals, to whom your information is referred, are bound by the same terms of confidentiality and is used for rating purposes only for the insurance coverage/s requested and to contact the customers with the idea of completing and providing customers with the requested quotes.
We do not compile your financial information or pull your credit score. If that information is necessary, it will be obtained directly from participating agents, brokers and other qualified insurance professionals to whom we pass along your information. We may use your contact information to provide content to you that we feel may be of interest, such as banner ads, new services and promotions. We may ask you to voluntarily provide us additional details related to your personal or business interests, experience or requests, which we may use to customize our services for your benefit. We may also use or dispense information to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our Terms of Use.
We may access or disclose your information whenever we feel in good faith that the law requires it or if we otherwise consider it necessary to do so to maintain and improve our services.
